Free access to information
The Chancellery of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic (hereinafter referred to as “the Chancellery”) as an obliged person receives and handles requests for access to information pursuant to Section 14(1) et seq. of Act No. 211/2000 on Free Access to Information and on Amendments and Additions to Certain Acts (Act on Freedom of Information), as amended (hereinafter referred to as “the Act on Freedom of Information”).
A request for access to information shall comply with the mandatory requirements of the law and shall clearly indicate:
- the obliged person to which it is addressed,
- the name, surname and address of the requesting person residence or name or business name and registered office,
- the information to which the request relates
- the method of disclosure proposed by the requesting person (e.g. orally, by post, by electronic mail, etc.).
A request for access to information may be made by the requesting person:
- by e-mail to the following e-mail address: podatelna@nssud.sk,
- using the electronic form “Request for access to information”,
- to the electronic mailbox of the Chancellery of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic via the central portal of public administration (slovensko.sk),
- by post to the address: Kancelária Najvyššieho správneho súdu Slovenskej republiky, Trenčianska 56/A, 821 09 BRATISLAVA 3,
- in person on working days and during office hours at the Mailroom of the Chancellery at the seat of the Chancellery.
